胡文萍,1985年2月生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2006年获得南昌大学生物工程专业学士学位和工商管理专业第二学士学位;2012年-2013年在美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳香槟分校博士联合培养;2014年获得中国农业大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位。2014年7月至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作,现任畜禽种质资源保护与利用创新团队骨干专家。
研究方向和成果
主要从事新型基因编辑工具研发,动物基因编辑和遗传育种研究。主持国家自然科学基金生物育种青年专项1项、国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、国家重大项目(保密项目)1项和中央级公益性科研院所专项资金项目2项,参加国家自然科学基金国际合作项目和院企合作研发项目等共10余项。共发表学术论文136篇,其中SCI论文51篇(IF:154.9),核心期刊论文85篇。在《Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology》 《Cells》《Journal of Proteomics》《Proteomics》《BMC Genomics》等杂志以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文23篇(IF:76.1);在《畜牧兽医学报》 《中国农业大学学报》等核心期刊以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文8篇。担任《Frontiers in Veterinary Science》杂志编辑,《Journal of Celluar physiology》《Frontiers in Nurtrion》和《农业生物技术学报》等杂志审稿专家。授权国家发明专利16项,实用新型专利1项,软件著作权2项。参与培育了“鲁西黑头羊”和“鲁中肉羊”新品种两个,其中鲁中肉羊推广到全国20个省、自治区,入选2022中国农业农村重大科技新成果,2023年畜禽主导品种。参与制定行业标准和团体标准等共9项。参编专著3部。担任科普公众号主编,获农业农村部办公厅2024年度科普成绩突出个人,并通报表扬。在国际学术会议做特邀学术报告,并在国内外重要学术会议中获得多次奖励和荣誉。

Wenping Hu , born in February 1985, Ph. D, associate professor, and a master's supervisor. In 2006, she obtained a bachelor's degree in bioengineering and a second bachelor's degree in business administration from Nanchang University; From 2012 to 2013, jointly trained as a doctoral candidate at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in the United States; In 2014, she obtained Ph. D in biochemistry and molecular biology from China Agricultural University. From July 2014 to now, she has worked in Institute of Animal Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, currently serving as a key expert in Animal Genetic Resources group.
Research direction and achievements
She mainly engaged in research on development of new gene editing tools, animal gene editing, and genetic breeding research, hosted one National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Special Project for Biological Breeding, one National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, one National Major Projects (Confidential Projects) and two Central level Public Welfare Research Institute Special Fund Projects, Participated in more than ten National Natural Science Foundation International Cooperation Projects and Institute Enterprise Cooperation Research and Development Projects. She published 136 academic papers, including 51 SCI papers (IF: 154.9) and 85 core journal papers. She published 23 SCI papers (IF: 76.1) as first author or corresponding author in journals such as Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology, Cells, Journal of Proteomics, Proteomics and BMC Genomics; published 8 papers as the first author or corresponding author in core journals. She Served as the associate editor of Frontiers in Veterinary Science, as well as an expert reviewer for journals such as Journal of Cellular Physiology, Frontiers in Nutrition, and Journal of Agricultural Biotechnology. She Authorized 16 national invention patents, one utility model patent, and two software copyrights. She Participated in the cultivation of two new breeds of "Luxi Blackhead Sheep" and "Luzhong Meat Sheep". "Luzhong Meat Sheep" promoted to 20 provinces and autonomous regions across the country, selected as a major scientific and technological new achievement in China's agriculture and rural areas in 2022, and a leading livestock and poultry variety in 2023. She participated in the development of nine industry, and group standards. Participated in the compilation of three monographs. Served as the editor in chief of science popularization official account, and won outstanding achievements in science popularization in 2024 from the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and was commended in a circular. She made a plenary lecture at an international academic conference and received multiple awards and honors at important academic conferences both domestically and internationally.
