一、个人信息
赵倩君, 1980年10月生,博士。毕业于中国农业科学院。2007年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事畜禽资源评价与基因挖掘研究,现任国家现代农业产业技术体系(绒毛用羊)岗位科学家等。主要开展畜禽资源评价、关键基因发掘及表观遗传调控机制等研究。荣获农业农村部神农中华农业科技奖二等奖1项、中国农业科学院科学技术成果一等奖2项。中国畜牧兽医学会理事、中国畜牧兽医学会畜禽遗传标记学分会副秘书长,中国畜牧兽医学会养羊学分会理事等。
二、研究方向和成果
研究方向为羊种质资源评价、羊重要性状基因发掘及重调控机制解析及育种技术研发等。
研究成果:1)2021年获农业农村部神农中华农业科技奖二等奖1项;2)2008年中国农业科学院科学技术成果一等奖等奖“中国地方绵羊品种遗传多样性研究”;3)2012年获中国农业科学院科学技术成果一等奖等奖“重要、濒危畜禽遗传资源体外保存方法和技术研究”。4)第一完成人研发绵羊50K育种液相芯片;5)2017年指导的硕士论文“miR-192在绵羊骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖和分化中的功能研究”获得中国农业科学院优秀硕士论文。6)联合培育藏西北白绒山羊新品种1个,联合鉴定羊遗传资源2个。
